Fall (XC) 2013

Due to popular demand, Westwood Track Club is proud to present a track-like cross country conditioning program again in the fall of 2013!

We will plan to meet every Sunday for 8 weeks from 10:10-11:15 at the Multi-Purpose Field beginning on September 8th and running through October 27th.

Registration will begin in June.  Cost will be $49.  You can forward the check to PO Box 371 or bring to first practice.

Typical Practice will include:
- Warm up (conditioning/stamina run)
- Flexibility, mobility drills and static stretching
- Fitness training (fartleks, endurance runs, ladders)
- Laughter & smiles
